Please DO NOT move to the woods, unless you plan to lock yourself in your apartment and never need the bus to take you to campus, maintanence, or any help from management.The bus is never running and will leave you on campus with no way to get home, doesn't care if you miss class and won't reimburse your parking fees due to their faults, there are pests in the apartments, thin walls, the materials used on the floors and counter tops are cheap, there is only one trashcan that is miles from the back of the apartment complex and is always full, and they charge you for any normal wear and tear. They are only concerned about the money not about there residences. I wish I would have known this prior to resigning my lease, which they make you resign 9 months ahead. Oh yea and their advertisement is false you can't access the river let alone float home so the price is not even worth what you get in return.
