Terrible service!

Terrible service!
While I was able to schedule an appointment for AC service within 24 hours during a holiday weekend and the first hot days of the season, the technicians that came were very unprofessional and obviously did not know what they were doing.
Kareem and his partner (didn't get his name) arrived on time and at the top of the 5 hour window I was given (thankful for that), however, After showing them where my unit was and explaining that the landlord's maintenance guy recently removed the filter and hadn't gotten me a new one, Kareem kept insisting that the unit inside was missing a "cover" and unless we located it or got a new one they couldn't accurately diagnose the issue. While there was a cover that had been removed I kept telling Kareem that there was never a second cover for the unit. Kareem did reinstall the existing cover but neither he or his partner did any additional diagnostic work. They never checked the charge and after they left, my boyfriend and I realized Kareem had put the cover on incorrectly. After my boyfriend put it back on the right way (took all of 10 minutes) I called Kareem to ask if he could come back and check the charge now that the cover was put back on correctly. Kareem was rude and let me know that he put the cover back on as a courtesy to me and that it didn't matter if it was put back on the right way, I was still missing the second cover and there was nothing he could do until we either found it or got a new one.
I called my landlord and got the okay to call another HVAC company. They were able to come out within 2 hours (on a Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend) and within 10 minutes this technician was able to let me know that the unit I have DOES NOT HAVE A SECOND COVER (yes it does need a filter but that wouldn't impact the ability to cool) and that it was in serious need of a charge (and there were several small leaks due to the fact that the unit had not been installed properly 2 years ago). Within 40 mintues the charging was done and in the 10 minutes it took for him to write up the paperwork/receipt, the temperature dropped degrees. I as write this, just about 2 hours after the work was done, the temperature has dropped about 15 degrees!
It is quite obvious to me that neither Kareem or his partner knew what they were doing, or had any interest in doing the work!
I will definitely NOT be calling your company again for any HVAC work nor will i recommend you to any family or friends.
And I am not sure if my landlords credit card (which had been given prior to the visit) was charged for the service call (since it wasn't my credit card I wasn't advised of any costs or charges) but if he was, I am going to recommend to him that he request a refund since NO diagnostic work was actually done beyond telling me that I was missing a cover that doesn't exist! Highly disappointing experience..(only gave one star because you came out within 24 hours)
