Four stars based on three experiences.
First: Needed to replace a water heater that was a safety hazard, which also required upgrading my electrical panel. The salesman and the technicians were FANTASTIC! Within a week of me calling them, all the work was done. They were fast and professional, and the financing was impressive. Perfect experience!

Second: Called about a leaking kitchen sink and two bathtub drains that needed to be replaced at a property I own but don't live at. I asked that they call me when on the way because I work nights and I won't see a text in the mid-morning if I went to sleep at 5 a.m. They send two texts and an email, but no phone call. I wake up to see the texts and I call John Moore to let them know I am on my way. I get to the house and the truck is there and I contact dispatch to tell them I've arrived. (It is 45 degrees and raining heavily, so I don't go up to the truck.) They respond back, but the tech still leaves. When I call to ask why, they say the tech called (which he didn't). Waste of time and gas. Zero stars.

Third: They contacted me after my negative review of my 2nd experience with them, and I agreed to try the same services from before. The tech called, was punctual and professional. He was very nice and informed me of everything that needed doing, he checked my other
bathrooms for plumbing issues. The issues were thoroughly explained and fixed quickly, and he addressed some other problems for me. Another perfect experience!

Overall rating: 4 stars. One star off for that 2nd experience, but I'll be back to John Moore in the future. I definitely recommend them.
