No question this company is a waste of money. This is how it works: Lets assume you have an appliance issue where its not working. Be Prepared to wait upwards of a week for a technician to come out and look at it. The technician has a miserable attitude, and guess what forgets to hook up
another essential part for another appliance and we have to call them to come out again.
It takes them another week to come out again to correct their mistake. Their response: "Oh we wont bill you for coming out again". Really? Thanks for all the help. Stay Away from this company
unless you like poor service and long wait times.
