They have mede wrong claims ( wrong date, wrong Lo...

They have mede wrong claims ( wrong date, wrong Location, wrong third party details!!) on my behalf ! I spoke to the manager and he was very aggressive over the phone and told me that he will not respond to my complaint! amazing!
