I came in at about 2pm today and I ordered the steak special. I asked for my steak rare. When my food came out my stake was between medium and well done, which was okay I guess but it was cold to the touch. I contemplated sending it back for a few minutes but then decided, as I myself have worked in the food industry for a while. When I told my server about my cold steak she said very rude like, "You asked for rare steak, it's not going to be real warm." But my steak was more well done and it was still cold? She then not very happily told me to throw it on this other players and said they would try to fix it for me. Don't normally have problems here, but the last few times the staff have been very snippy/snotty. Hopefully next time it will be better
