Avoid any auction that uses Drouot delivery service. They offered to ship two pieces of paper (unframed) from France to Belgium for 80 Eur. When I complained they increased their charges to 90 Eur claiming I owe them storage fees because I did not remove my lots the next day after the auction. Drouot is perfectly aware that it is impossible for most online buyers to remove lots immediately and yet, they charging me for storing two pieces of paper, A4 size.
Simply pathetic company that is awaiting to get slapped by the law.
