Come for a screen partially taken off I come out with a fucking phone (proximity sensor and internal speaker totally hs), saying a "twenty year of business" according to the saleswoman but in fact they are nothing more than incompetent do-it-yourselfers, quilting charlatans.
After going to a competent repairer the phone is not completely rescued, indeed the proximity sensor is repaired but the internal speaker is irreparable even replaced it does not work. A free repair of my phone by this store, but that damaged it for life.

In short a very nice saleswoman but no know-how from the store. I formally advise against this store to everyone around me and I never go back.

I am not a false advertisement as you claim to say. I have come to your establishment, you know exactly who I am and you have actually damaged my phone. Thank you not to question the veracity of my remarks.
