We had a reservation for 12 people for a dinner. When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation at first. Then when we got seated, they brought us drinks meant for another table, but they still added them to the bill. They were very strict about ordering from the lunch menu, even though there weren't many other children's options on the dinner card.

There were very little vegetarian options and no additions could be made to an order.
We waited more than an hour for our food, nobody stopped by to tell us it would take a while longer.
When the food finally came, it turned out they forgot one order and all the vegetarian meals that we ordered were either tasteless or dry.

I think this can be a nice restaurant, but the owners/employees should be better prepared to handle larger groups and/or a full restaurant.
