Trying to get an appointment here is a nightmare. The front desk personnel aren't friendly, and their hours of operation suck. I would call at various hours during the day and end up getting voicemail. After leaving voicemails stating a need for an appointment I never got called back. I don't know if they are really that busy, but it's not often I come in and see the receptionist on a call, and even if they are on one, the calls aren't back to back.

Their only saving grace was the wonderful groomer, whom they've since let go. I ended up having to contact that groomer directly to set up appointments after the first couple times trying their main number.

Since the groomer's separation, I have done business elsewhere and would recommend the same. If you need to work 9 to 5 M-F don't bother coming here, as those are the only hours they're open, and they are NOT happy if you have to pick up your pet even 10 minutes after 5.
