Been sending emails for the past 2 weeks regarding connectivity issues and my emails are ignored. I don't understand why the service level has dropped so much as I have been a happy customer for over a year. No feedback on these complaints and no communication regarding actions taken to resolve the issue. I have to phone in to get feedback and then it is only to hear that "the issue is being investigated and your line is being monitored". How long does it take? And if the issue is a difficult one to resolve then where is the communication regarding the status of the investigation? Very disappointed.
