I went there for the Capital Fair. IMHO, this year it's a rip off. Even after buying the day pass, we had to pay a $4 admission fees. And the so called donation for the parking is not a donation. You are forced to pay it or you won't be able to park in there. All that when the Casino's parking is free. Some guys will be right at the main entrance of the Casino's parking lot collection these $5. So whatever you will have paid ahead, plan an extra $5 plus $4 per person. Most likely the last time I go to this fair. We get way more for our money at the hit air balloon festival which also have a huge fair equivalent to the capital fair, concerts and balloon festival and more.
