Just had a baby here for the second time. The first time I went here it was a really nice experience. Now they are caught up in corona, they care more about policies and protocol than their patients. Not allowing you all the support you need, and the mask situation is so uncool. This isn t about what s medically necessary and safe but about money and policy. Also some of the nurses have really good bedside manner, are gentle and caring. Then you have other ones who say to your face I ve been doing this for 15 years and it s time for me to leave type of comment. That s not so normal. You gota hire nurses who love their jobs, love babies and are gentle. This is women and babies who you are dealing with! Shout out to the nurses who were helpful, and showed love and warmth to my baby- you are the ones who belong in this ward. Continue your great work!
