Here are just a few of the many examples of why I will never work with their team again:
1: I was originally upset with my contact at Stellar regarding the lack of communication/work being done. Come to find out they were just doing what their managers told them to do. If you end on a negative note at all with them, they'll shut you out.
2: They treat their employees like dirt. After leaving, I heard stories of how horrible management treated the rest of the team, including suing them if they tried to leave and work for another agency in the area.
3: Turnover is extremely high, I watched this company go from 25+ employees down to maybe a dozen. Along with that, it seems like their Marketing team switches members every few months. I have to imagine this is due to the poor/stressful working conditions.

At the end of the day, there are a handful of other agencies in the Fox Valley that will give you a much better experience than this company offers.
