I can not thanks you enough for being so honest, knowledgeable, customer oriented and brave to help people in need of help during this pandemic. I spilled coffee on my only line of communication for schooling and I went to a panic mode. I tool it to 2 computer stores with a very catastrophic prognosis. Out of desperation I contacted the Apple store at Menlo Park, NJ. They recommended AMDC as an option.
I contacted them and asked them for any advice. Even though they had no availability they scheduled me for after hour visit with free diagnostic policy which is amazing.
Alan is a honest, a genius with a golden heart. He called me next day at 6:30am with the news of data recovery and hardware repair by applying a chemical cleaning procedure without have to change any parts. I could not help crying for this level of honesty and kindness and service.
