The absolute most traumatic experience ever. If you want to get proper treatment or save your pets life do not go here. My 8 month old kitten had sudeen rapid breathing so I took him to the emergency room. Dr. Sara Root, who isnt a cardiologist gave her guess as to what's wrong with him and also suggested me to put him to sleep. And after I had a breakdown mixed with confusion and hurt and emotional pain she gave me another 10 minutes to make that decision. She is heartless, lacks compassion and sound judgement. She wanted to kill my kitten. I took my kitten to red bank vet hospital the following day and although he was diagnosed properly by a cardiologist with heart disease, euthanizing him wasn't a suggestion or option. He is on medication now and I pray he gets better and stable. Oh I forgot to mention Dr Root wanted to keep him 2 to 3 days and when i refused to leave him there under her care, in distress,she said she would give him meds for me to give him at home. Upon checkout her story changed and she decided against treating his condition at all because I went against her medical advice . So again, if you dont want this experience do not go here. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
