I can write a book about my saga with LG, there's no book but there's a great YouTube video coming! I purchased an LG 27"4k monitor about 5 months ago. Over a month ago the monitor stopped displaying an image. LG after over a week finally supplied my return labels. Monitor was sent back and "repaired". Of course no checks their work and just assumed it's fix and send it back. I receive the monitor and it's exactly the same. Of course all they say is send it back in for another repair. Although upset I agree. That was 10 days ago and I have yet to receive my return labels. I've called LG emailed LG and nothing but excuses. They do not care about their consumers at all.
