We tried to book through the site to take advantage of their summer promo, the site had a problem so forced to book over the phone (we paid more than the website offer). Once we got to the hotel for check in we lost the benefits. Last day deactivated room access cards before check out time. We waited 15-20 minutes outside in the heat before someone came to open the door (member of the cleaning team that we called out). When checking out they passed the card 3 times to deduct our consumption, from the deposit paid the day before when checking in, it did not work on the pretext that our card was not good (whereas CB used the day before for the 500aed deposit) we have paid and must wait several days to recover the deposit paid at check in ...
Small problems which of course combined cause our opinion to drop. Only feedback received from members was "sorry".
Good buffet breakfast and top pool.
