The sender sent the parcel in Tauranga on 3rd Oct, the driver attempted the delivery next day - this is the only part where I d give a half star.
Called the customer service next day, was told it would be delivered on Monday following week. It didn t arrive. Called again the same week, was told the same, didn t arrive.
I ve called them 4 times for one parcel, within North Island, and guess what, I still haven t received it until today, 15th Oct. This is a f****** joke.
I couldn t choose the courier company, the sender did. Anyway, it is a huge disappointment. I NEVER recommend Toll.
