Probably the most unprofessional employees I have yet to come in contact with. Unfriendly and unhelpful. I left my wallet at a park in Kitchener that one of your employees were working at today. When we drove down into the park (that was still opening and functioning) to retrieve it, a bald man with a very unkept mustashe, walked directly in front of my car forcing my boyfriend to slam on the breaks. He did not identify himself at all but asked us what we were doing. As I responded (about to explain about the wallet) "my boyfriend and I are just driving-" he cut me off midsentice and told us that we were "not allowed to drive down here we had to turn around and leave now, that they had been having a lot of problems lately." I asked the man if we were trespassing and he couldn't answer right away eventually he scoffed and said "no but you need to turn around" I asked him politely for his name and the company he worked with. Immediately the man got angry and of course refused to give his name but told me he worked for TNT Security.
So thank you very much for your help in finding my missplaced property and being nothing but rude to me when I was nothing but polite...
