In July this year I went to Smeeing with my boyfriend because there was a very nice Audi A1 for sale. We were well received and the car was reserved for our test drive. After that it went downhill. While discussing the possibilities, the seller showed little or no interest and nothing was really done with our questions and comments. It also turned out that he already had another appointment shortly after the test drive, so that most of the time we were put down in the canteen without someone to help us further. When we expressed our frustration to the seller, there was no real response. In the end we bought the car, but only because we thought the car was amazing, if we were to rely on service and customer friendliness, we certainly wouldn't have bought a car here.
