I thought this company was the answers to my praye...

I thought this company was the answers to my prayers with going through a divorce and losing my home and my old car getting totalled. They stepped up to give me a loan in my financial need but turned out it was a sheep in disguise. I ended up having to file for bankruptcy but I filed to reinstate my car. SCUSA lied and claimed they never received the reinstatement packet. I know they did because it was mailed via certified mail and signed for. They sure let me know that they received the bankruptcy letter though and voided my financial payment assistance plan without notifying me and took my car one night. Turned out that with them terminating our contract with the financial pay assist that they claimed I was 3 months behind on my car as they added the difference back into the past payments and then claimed that I was derogatory in my payments. They took full advantage of me, my money and from what I know; they broke the law! I paid my agreed full payment every month and it still not good enough. They said there was nothing they could do to help me. This company will suck the life out of you and will take your assets for not even a decent reason! This devilish company will fool you into making you think they are helping you as a human being, but they are not they are waiting on their next victim! If anyone is willing to join in a class action lawsuit of this garbage company please speak up! I am sure there is many already filed with these scumbags! Anyone with a review saying that they are a great company; is either paid to say that or their own employees! Do not listen to them! I paid them over 19k on a 13k loan. You can do the math!
