bought a used 2012 gmc terrain. Has some scratches and didn't come with floor mats. It is the car I wanted. Went in to get a rough estimate of what my payment would be with my trade it (negative equity) the salesman acted as though he was not fully listening, I knew all the info he needed but kept asking to run my husband's credit (we also knew the score). He was pushy, I wanted to take a day to rethink and gather my thoughts, but he wouldn't take that as an answer. He made my husband very frustrated too.
