The view, it's meant to be amazing... Unfortunately the days we visited had cloudy skies and just a glow as the sun set slowly over Riga. Its definitely and among view of the City. But we didn't get to see what all the fuss was about. The drinks are rather expensive. The vibe is nice, the service is fairly slow. If you're staying in Riga, check it out (especially if you're staying in THAT hotel). Males, using the cubicle next to the window is definitely an experience.
The annoying part is the elevators... While we were tyring to get down from the 26th floor, the ONE elevator that was working had a bunch of brats in it that kept riding it up and down for the view. Once is seriously enough and the hotel should be keeping an eye on who is messing with their service because it seriously put us off having to wait another 15 minutes to get 2 of us down.
