I love Joe's..but our service was very lacking..sh...

I love Joe's..but our service was very lacking..she so busy selling a membership that our drinks went empty ,our food took an hour,and our bill was incorrect. We were a large party(5 adults 4 children)so we tried to make things easy by having all choices made by ordering time,no changes, still incorrect,and a very long wait,with so few people in the restaurant. And should not have ask every adult individually to get membership. Again,I love Joes,just a bad experience.
