I have been a client of Tina's at ACT since 2009. They have always been courteous and knowledgeable towards anything relating to my tax preparation. Sure you could save a few bucks by going to a place like HR Block, but to me it is worth every penny to have peace of mind knowing something as important as taxes are being handled truly professionally. Sadly in this day and age you don't get what you pay when it comes to customer service, but I have always had quality service from ACT and would not hesitate to recommend to anybody.
