Disgraceful neglect towards a relative of mine wit...

Disgraceful neglect towards a relative of mine with dementia. Disheartening staffing. Poor, cruel experience.
I just want to be direct and honest from the getgo before going into detail of what had happened.
I thank god everyday we were able to finally see my grandfather and if we weren't persistent and ontop of things, process of transferring him to a hospice would've been prolonged too far. My grandfather suffered from a stroke and they did not change his diaper nor bathe him I believe ever since he had been in Grady's care to them (almost two weeks,10-15), and we couldn't see him due to the pandemic-which I understand. The only way we were able to see him was due to the difficult decision of removing him from a ventilator, which was a very uncomfortable tube going down his throat but thankfully he was able to breathe just fine which we wish we had known beforehand but he wasn't able to talk and he attempted to yank the tube multiple times to the point he was in restraints, which showed he probably could've breathed fine. He was very uncomfortable yet the moment the tubes were removed, he had relaxed significantly. He was in poor condition by the time my mother and grandmother came to see him, he was so happy to see them..-he suffered horribly. and alone.. all those days :( thank god he is now resting peacefully at a wonderful hospice and not in such an ill and horrible environment.
please... if your loved one is a patient in this place during this pandemic please see them soon as possible. isolation is horrible. and the nurses or whatever are not attentive to them, so either they need more staff or reconstruct their entire damn staff with actual humans who have actual hearts.
