This is a tough time for restaurants and their staff so I'm not happy about leaving a bad review. The purpose of a poor review is a learning opportunity.
I ordered the pork loin and it was so tough it was not edible. My server Matthew R didn't show up again after he took our order. Someone else delivered it, he never came by to check on us, and he never refilled our drinks (nor did anyone else). The people at the table nearby returned their meal as well. The service my last 3 trips has been awful. Everyone is polite when you arrive, then they're all gone. Even getting a check we had to hunt someone done, yes all 3 times. This Bonefish location is not worth the spend.
