I have had a bad experience. My car got totaled was told I am eligible for roll over program. I found out I am not elgible. Called to speak with someone in the insurance dept. the woman she harassed me she told me the only way she can transfer me to that dept. if she makes a conference call. She kept harassing me. I called back asked another customer service rep. if he could transfer me he stated all the insurance depts. line were busy he said he would email them so they could call me back, they never did return my call. This is an unprofessional loan agency.
