I bought a terriyaki chicken combo, spring roll and a drink for $10.77 and give the cashier a $50 bill for change. The casher only gives me $19.23 for the change, short of $20 dollars. I found out right away but the cashier denied. The manager asked me to check the video inside with him and found out that the cashier's hand stayed on the $20 dollar bill section but took out a $10 bill only. I showed the manager my purse and there is no $20 bill in the purse. The manager insisted that the cashier did give me the right change but then he took $20 out from his pocket and gave it to me. I was really insulted.
