Michael Darken and Catharina-Isabell Hartzheim : these two wonders of the modern real estate world have steered me through the last 5 or so years in my almost decade long association with PRD Ballarat. Superlatives are what you look for to describe them and their top notch work ethics.

Michael managed my investment property in Ballarat with diligence, determination and deft touches of insight. Tenants can, at times, be tricky. (Once being married to a real estate agent I fancy I can spot a fake - trust me - she's not it!!!!!!) I've never even met her and yet my trust in her is again, as with Michael, wholehearted. Because of her excellent abilities to communicate the details diligently and quickly and with due consideration to all parties she made the process of a timely and profitable sale easy. So very easy. Warm-hearted, intelligent and professional this woman knows her work and does it with grace and goodwill.
