I have never been to a place where the owner is so willing help out like Alexander's. I first went to Wilhelm on Thomas Rd and was overcharged for a fix done wrong and paid for fixes that I didn't agree on before the repairs were made.Alexander felt my pain and beat wilhem's estimate to make the repair(not knowing wilhelm's price ahead of giving me his estimate). He even gave me a free loaner car and oil change! I think he just felt bad for me, and he wouldn't even take a tip. I will be back for any future repairs! Wow just wow!Great people and service! Thank you Alexander's auto repair!
