the neighborhood is dreadful, of course -- Telegraph Avenue, Berkeley. But Raleigh's is back, after their building burnt down; and it's now five stars -- everything that was questionable was fixed in the new building. I'm sure Raleigh's has at least one beer you'll like. We had a chicken sandwich that was really really good. The service at the bar --- the barmaids-- is just the BEST.
