My coworker recommended this place to me. Called them, set up an appointment, usual routine here. At the time of appointment, I waited for approximately 10 minutes, no biggie. The CPA assigned to me is friendly and conversational. Did notice she took my SSN wrong, yikes! Glad I caught her mistake before submission. Tad mistake such as a typo definitely alters the course of processing, so had to take some points off on that. Other than that, great service, but double check they are typo-free when doing your taxes!
