Great food, bad service

Great food, bad service
Loved the fish & chips, but everything else was disappointing. Had to ask for silverware. Fork was pre-loaded with food. Water and sodas had to be reminded, then couldn't get any straws. Forget about a refill. Started feeling purposely ignored since the couple next to us at the window bar seating was getting great service. Gave up on request for dessert and asked another server for the bill. No excuse for this. Won't be going back.
