My wife and I shopped for a BMW about 15 months ago. The gentleman that helped us that day was very courteous, but didn't buy because my wife's heart was set on another vehicle. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago when it was my time for a vehicle. Mark Lambo, the same gentleman who helped us over a year ago, approached us on the lot and remembered us! It says a lot when someone, who has probably helped thousands of people in that time span, not only remembers you, but the vehicle we looked at and various other things we discussed.
Deciding on which vehicle to purchase wasn't easy for me. Mr. Lambo was never pushy or made me feel like I was wasting his time, only saying, "there really isn't a bad decision". I didn't make my decision until the next day and Mark had everything ready to go. The finance department was incredibly fast and efficient. I wish my car buying experience at the other place 15 months ago was as simple.
