Usually I register with recruitment agencies, spend a lot of time submitting information and references and then never hear back, but impact recruitment was amazing. My agent Andrea was incredibly proactive and supportive in helping me find a role. I heard from her almost everyday and you could tell she really cared about finding me a great job.
