I received a water bill that was double the previo...

I received a water bill that was double the previous month. Upon doing so I reached out to the city and they advised that the meter was showing a continuous leak.

Afterwards I called Progressive Service Insurance to take a look at my issue. The plumber arrived and checked my fixtures for any leaks. While checking the water meter to see if it was still running (it was). Once this was checked he turned my water off in my home and was again checked the meter to see if it was running (it was).

Within 5 minutes of arriving to my home Leak Locators found the issue. The city had not attached my new meter properly and it was leaking RIGHT AT THE METER.

Afterwards I called Progressive to talk about the recommendations that they had made and how the plumber could have missed this (see the video its obvious). They advised the manager was not in but she would call me back.

She didn't and now we are.... Try another company because this one should refund my inspection fee but doesn't seem to care.
