It started leasing far too soon. The construction, though winding down, still poses massive disturbances for its residents. Nails, bits of steel, and other debris are scattered throughout the complex a hazard for dogs, kids and unless you have flipfops of steel. As for the staff they are friendly enough though have not been properly trained or dont care. Consistent issues and concerns among the community are often answered with "you should have expected it with construction" or essentially telling you that you're in a lease and good luck. The amenities while nice are usually out of working order (pool sticks broken, coffee machine down, fire pits down) the pool hasn't been cleaned since opening and has large thick dust along the bottom. The TVs around the pool and grills are purely decorative and only show no signal. If you haven't given up on getting information from the office, they'll tell you cox is scheduled to fix it (03/20 it's now 04/28). A fairly normal occurrence for maintenance issues. Lastly the construction noise from the restaurant development means if you are on L1 you'll have constant drilling into the floor of your apartment from below starting around 6-7. Sorry for the rant however the general sense of regret for moving in warrants fair warning we wish we all had.
