Mother arrived at Bayshore with a TIA, evaluated, stabilized & sent to 4 East. The following 4 E staff took great care of her: Christina P-RN, Donna G-EVS, Brendon-CTY Asst, Caroline M-CTY.

We returned Wednesday afternoon to pick up medical records & Mom felt bad.
Matt-Tech at front desk, wisked us to the ER. Jerzey-RN, Lola-Tech, CoCo-Tech, Nick-RN treated Mom and saved her life. Dr Kahn removed the nasty blood clot. Dr Jacobson Anesth, kept Mom calm & sedated.

Post Surgery, Mom arrived on 3N and Francis-RN Assist Mgr, Yesenia, Amy & Mark of Patient Experience rolled out the red carpet. They took such excellent care of Mom, she didn t want to leave . I must commend the Concierge Team for their hospitality, they kept us calm & comfortable.

Major Kudos to the exceptional care the front desk took in keeping everyone safe, during this pandemic.
