The historic building was one of the first phone company's in Canada and The Exchange pays homage to the History in several ways. My taste tester fell in love with the fantastic flavors that are brewed on site. The layout is very unique and you can watch the process in action from below or above. The staff was fantastic and our host Andrew was a pleasure . Very friendly and professional . A asset indeed! Very impressed how they utilized a small space to create so much !
