I appreciate the professionalism, knowledge, and patience that was shown by Pete towards my wife and I on his visit to our home. He took the time to answer all of our questions concerning repair/replacement of our hot water tank and maintenance of our A/C unit . Some of my past experiences with repair technicians, I've ask questions pertaining to there repair and it seemed as if I was being a pain for asking questions. Thank God for repair technicians such as Pete.
