This company used to be the best in South Florida when it came to Service, Customer Service, Honesty and Integrity. In the past 5 years it has turned to the WORST service company in South Florida. On and off I have been a Service America customer for the past 30 years, I have noticed the dramatic change for the worst. Out of the blue, after renewing my contract for the 6th year in a row in September, I receive a letter from the COO, they will be shutting its doors by the end of the year and my money will not be returned. It also indicates because of a highly competitive marker...... that's a crock ....... because of your lack of integrity, honesty, passion, and Ill bet treat your technicians with the respect they deserve.
