My wife and I chose Westkin having read the reviews that clients had left here so it is only fitting that we add our own tribute to this incredible law firm and share some of our experiences. Having had our application for naturalisation declined as a result of a clerical error by the Home Office, we contacted Westkin to get some advice about our options. Mauricio was excellent and very generous with his initial assessment of our situation, advising that we arrange an appointment with Jocelyn who is a senior immigration expert at the firm. The appointment was fantastic in every way and my wife and I left reassured that with their expertise and professionalism we stood a good chance of making a strong case in the right way to appeal the Home Office's decision - both Jocelyn and her team (special shout to Jack) have been absolutely amazing. Jocelyn drafted a list of possible strategies to take forward and waited for us to confirm which we would like - all before any serious payment had been made which was really endearing. Once my wife and I saw how rigorously our legal case was being prepared and the skilful manner in which the Home Office's rejection letter was picked apart, we were filled with confidence. My wife and I are both highly educated individuals with lawyers on both sides of the family, so there was a strong temptation to go it alone. But we couldn't risk failure and we are so glad we chose Westkin Associates.

It's been nearly a year since the appeal was sent to the Home Office and understandably, my wife and I have been incredibly anxious. It's been a nerve-wracking time for our family and the support and reassurance we've received from Jocelyn (and everyone associated at the firm to be fair) has helped to keep us grounded. Jocelyn has always been happy to take our calls, return our emails, and generally made us feel that we were not only being legally represented but that she cared about our emotional wellbeing.

In short, I couldn't praise or thank them enough, particularly Jocelyn. We can get on with planning our future now and we really do have her and this wonderful firm to thank.
