left my laptop for a concert, but they changed the screen for a wrong one, charged twice and I still paid for replacing the cables. scratched in all my laptop. They took a 220-pound and nothing worked after that so I took it to another location and the problem was only a simple cleaner on the motherboard and wasn't supposed to change screen,cables,charged twice and waiting about 45 days..bad experience ever in my life
