I d like praise the service department here. We were visiting from out of town when our torque converter and transmission pump quit. We hobbled into the dealership 20 minutes before closing time on a Tuesday night. The next day after talking to the service department we understood that we would not be able to get the van back until Friday morning. This was understandable and we came up with plans A, B, and C. So that Wednesday we hung out at the resort and Thursday we decided to rent a car to continue our family vacation activities. Shortly after arranging for a rental car we received a call from the dealership saying the van was ready. Apparently, several members of the service department worked overnight to complete this job. Thank you so much! It was a huge relief to get the van back before we had to check out Friday morning. We really appreciate you!
