I knew what vehicle I wanted to buy, found it on Carfax.com, listed by KC Motors. No pressure on the sale, let me look it over and test drive it, got financed without hassle. Took me longer to drive there from Warrensburg, MO, than to purchase my Forester!!
Professional, courteous, didn't make me feel like I didn't know anything because I'm female. The small (in the scheme of things) issue I had with an oil leaking hose, handled without any issues. I unequivocally recommend Steve, Phil and Doug's unique way of doing business. Also, I definitely enjoyed looking at the classic cars on the lot!!
