I dealt with kim over email and she was extremely vague and rude when I was asking her questions. She told me to directly take my laptop to the apple store and not go to Advance Micro Distribution Channels because I told her I don't need my LCD replaced for $625 because it's working perfectly fine and the only thing that needed to be replaced is the Logo Baffle for a minor damage. I had to call apple and get a better apple repair place with better customer care/service.
