ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER! I have been to 3 different Toyota service dealership and this one was by far the worst! I pulled in and waited 15 to even be greeted and ask why I brought my vehicle in today. To make matters worst, a truck pulls up behind me and before they could park..the driver was greeted and truck taken back immediately. Finally Paul Eldrige came over. I told him that I was sitting there too long before being greeted and that I had an appointment. He stated, "I've been working here 17 years and some people wait more than 20 minutes." I was taken aback. That clearly was not the correct response to any customer's complaint. An apology would have worked just fine. If you ever go to any Toyota dealership, the service is usually next to none. It's exceptional EXCEPT this one! I know that corporate would-be appalled to find out how this service department operates. I will be driving out of town for all other future routine services. Spend your hard earned money where it's valued!
