Very slow and non couterous staff, despite waiting...

Very slow and non couterous staff, despite waiting for 2 hrs for check in, the room was nothing expectional as advertised. It was an average room, with a basic tv , with a remote which had to be hit to change the channels. Slow staff who take 25 mins to make a masala peanut, over 40 mins to give wifi code. There is no network around the area if you are using Airtel or Vodafone, and not lobby WiFi when waiting. Not a stunning hotel by any means. Most importantly, Caravala is not at all well connected to the city and it takes hours to visit places in South Goa. Not recommended.
